Drum grabber for single 205 L drum handling, forklift attachment

Description The drum grabber for single 205 L drum handling is mounted by driving the forklift tines into the entry pockets. The grabber is secured and locked using a handwheel with a ball grip. The drum is lifted by approaching the middle chime or rolling hoop of the full 205 L drum. As the pressure is applied, the grabber arms open diagonally upwards. Once the center of the drum is passed, the arms fall back and automatically secure the drum. The forklift driver can then lift the drum grabber. The drum is securely locked in the grabber arms. The setting down or release of the drum is done in reverse order.The maximum tine thickness is 100 mm. The clear width of the entry pockets is 580 mm. The drum grabber model FA-M-1 is standard painted in RAL 5002 (ultramarine blue). Custom dimensions, special requests, and custom paint finishes are available upon request.
