Patek Philippe Calatrava Reference 96 from the early 1950s. This watch is made in 18K yellow gold and the case measures 30.5 mm and is fitted with a 12 AM 400 caliber manual wind movement. The watch has a silver dial with raised lapped gold indexes and a small seconds sub dial at the 6 o’clock position and a seconds track around the perimeter. The dial has a little discoloration by the 9 o’clock marker. This watch is fitted on a alligator strap. In the pictures you will see an engraving from the previous owner on the casebook, who had gifted this watch to her son “To Earl From Mother Xmas 1951”. A wonderful story to it!
