Dove & Heart Embroidery Template on Black

A jolly pink embroidery template.Each print is finished with a red sticth to the centre of the bow.My dove and heart design is printed on to hand-dyed black (French market found) linen fabric. The black fabric really shows up bright stitches! so, enjoy adding colour to this project. This design is a celebration of two of my favourite techniques – hand stitching and fine needle-turned appliqué. I hope that you too can find joy in the process of slow stitching and making marks with your needles, threads and fabrics to create your own unique stitched work.
